1. Free Shipping for all Domestic orders above INR 2500.

2.Charges are based on the final weight and volume of the packages to be delivered.

3. All Domestic orders will be delivered in 5-6 working days from order confirmation day

Exchange Policy

PACKAGE OPENING VIDEO FOR VALIDATION IS MUST FOR EXCHANGE

• You can create exchange for products purchased from AYSHARAMI within the specified return/exchange period i,e 3 Days , under my  “My Orders” section. Generate an exchange id. Please note down your exchange id for future reference.
• Place the product in a packet and seal it properly to prevent any loss or Damage during transit . Please ensure product is unused, unwashed with all the tags intact.
• Products can be exchanged for Size/Color of the same style.

Return Policy

PACKAGE OPENING VIDEO FOR VALIDATION IS MUST FOR RETURN

• AYSHARAMI's returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased with a valid reason ,within 3 days of order receipt.
• Only condition is that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measure to preserve its condition. 
• Returns / Exchange method  - Self Ship**.

Cancellation Policy

• Customers can raise cancellation request for items ordered  within 24 hours from the time of placing the order by sharing us an email with your order ID and the reason for cancellation. Remember the cancellation request must be raised from the ID used while ordering on our site. Write us at aysharami@gmail.com
• Orders shipped from the warehouse, cannot be canceled. How ever  customers can raise return request upon receipt of the order , if the product is faulty /damaged/ incorrect . 
• Customers are requested to ship the product(s) back to us. Reverse Shipping charges will be reimbursed to the source account Post Quality check at our Wearhouse.
• Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. Please ensure product is unused, unwashed with all the tags intact.
• In case of any defective product or incorrect Product shipped by Aysharami, the shipping charges will be bared by the Aysharami , but  if the order placed was incorrect by customer, In such cases customer will have to bare reverse shipping cost.

Self-ship**: Please pack the product and ensure product is unused, unwashed and all the tags are intact. Also, please mention Order No and Return id and write us at aysharami@gmail.com . Kindly address the package to the address of the Returns.

We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse.
